We currently do not operate a standard local delivery service.

Careem Box delivery or collection/pick-up can be arranged upon request. Please contact us via email or Instagram after placing your order to arrange your preferred option.

UNITED KINGDOM

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from dispatch.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Please note that pre-order items are not shipped immediately.

Your order will be dispatched once the stated pre-order production period has been completed.

For example, if an item has a 4-week pre-order period, your order will be shipped after the 4-week production period has ended.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise arranged with us.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that pre-order timeframes are production timeframes and do not include the shipping time stated above.
